Our mission goes beyond providing services; it is a dedication to nurturing a community where every participant and their families can thrive. We firmly believe in the inherent right of individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. Our objective is to facilitate this by offering Person-Centered Planning, Pre-Enrollment Transition Support, and Ongoing Independent Facilitation services, enabling a seamless transition into and active participation in the Self-Determination Program. We are committed to diminishing racial and ethnic disparities within the system, aiming for improved outcomes for all those served. Future Is Now Facilitation offers Person-Centered Planning and independent Facilitation services, including Transition Support from traditional Regional Center services into the Self-Determination Program and Ongoing Support for participants already in the Self-Determination Program.
